Cleaning and sanitization specification for PCs and Laptops.
Cleaning is not undertaken until the unit has been logged off and switched off by the client’s personnel. Where practical we will disconnect the unit from its power supply.
The keyboard is vacuumed, brushed and air dusted to remove debris. The keyboard is then treated with our specially formulated sanitizers (keyclean), applied by brush and microcloth. It is then dryed and polished.
The monitor casing and screen are vacuumed to remove static dust and then damp brushed and polished with a microcloth. LCD monitors and other optically coated glass and plastic surfaces are cleaned with our specially formulated screen-clean.
The mouse and CPU case are thoughly vacuumed and cleaned along with any multimedia assessories.
Finally the equipment is powered back up and checked for correct operation.
Where permitted a quality control label is affixed. The PC is now ready for staff to resume work.
