The exterior surface areas are initially brushed and vacuumed with particular attention to extracting dust and loose dirt from grills, channels and paper tray housings.
The unit is also vacuumed and air dusted internally to remove paper dust, loose toner, perforations and loose dirt where appropriate.
The corona wire is cleaned in laser printers (where accessible). The paper rollers and all internal workings are dusted and cleaned using TCS exclusive internal cleaning fluid.
The exterior casing is cleaned using damp and dry brushes.
Paper trays are removed, vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly to ensure the unit is in an “As New” condition
All cables are checked and the unit is powered back on.Finally a test print is then made as a final quality control check.
Faxes, scanners, plotters and microfiche readers are cleaned in an indentical manner
